Customer Account

Placing an order at the Converge Online Shop is possible as a guest without prior registration. However, we recommend creating a customer account to take advantage of several convenient and attractive benefits, for example:

– Tracking the shipping status of your order 

– An overview of your previous orders 

You can create an Converge customer account here at any time, also after placing a guest order.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

After successfully submitting your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt via email. As soon as the ordered item leaves our Logistics Center, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This also serves as your official purchase confirmation.

Availability of Our Items 

All products in your cart in the Converge Online Shop are available for order at the time that you add them. If any products are not available, this will be indicated on the affected product. Nevertheless, it may happen on rare occasions that a product you ordered is no longer available for shipping. In this event, we will promptly contact you via email.

Payment

We have designed the Converge Online Shop with a range of different payment options to make payment as safe and convenient as possible for you:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) 

Payment by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, the charge is made when the goods are shipped. We accept VISA, American Express, and Mastercard.

Payment by Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a payment method offered by Apple Inc. To use Apple Pay, you must have activated the Apple Pay function (e.g. on your iPhone), identify yourself with your access data, and confirmed the payment order. The debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
if you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@homelessriders.com or call us at 786-853-0066

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the total money refunded will not include the cost of your return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make subsequent changes to an order that has already been submitted online. For questions of any kind, simply contact our Customer Service Department via the email address. We will be glad to provide you with further assistance.
